With 32 years in the hospitality and real estate industries, George was instrumental in the development of highly successful sales and marketing programs in the extremely competitive markets of Latin America and the Caribbean, working with Conrad Vacation Ownership, Fiesta Americana Vacation Club, Meliá Hotels International, and Occidental, among others.
He is an internationally renowned sales and marketing trainer, and a featured speaker at various industry conventions and the author of over 25 sales, marketing, customer service and management courses.
Based in Southeast Asia for the last ten years, he has served as a trainer and consultant in China and Thailand for RCI, Across China Corporation, and Anantara Vacation Club, in addition to conducting independent consulting and training in Vietnam, Turkey, Indonesia, Bangladesh, the Czech Republic, and Spain.

A native Singaporean now residing in Las Vegas, Xiaoling Carney is the Chief Development Officer for the Carney Hospitality Group for Asia and Asia Pacific.
Xiaoling has over three decades of international experience in retail, design and manufacturing of home and hospitality furniture and lighting fixtures in Asia, Latin America, and the USA.
The Carney Hospitality Group has design and manufacturing facilities in the USA, Mexico, Indonesia, India, and China.

Rob brings more than 25 years of experience leading custom market research and analytic engagements for clients located throughout the world. From local developers to the largest multi-national global management consulting firms, Rob brings a wealth of creativity, experience and the highest level of client service to his engagements. Rob has conducted numerous engagements within real estate development, hospitality and timeshare development, including program development, physical product development, loyalty programs, sales effectiveness and optimization , rescission reduction, customer and prospect segmentation, communication and channel optimization and post-stay experiences. Some of his prior affiliations include Chief Research Officer of Leger, a full service market research organization headquartered in Montreal, with offices in the US, Canada and Europe and Managing Director of Research for LRA Worldwide (now part of Deloitte), a global customer experience consulting firm.
Miguel Miranda has joined The Carney Hospitality Group as VP of Graphic & Web Design, bringing 25 years of experience in international advertising and marketing, web and graphic design, and social media.
Originally from Mexico City and now living in Cancun, Miguel is also a lecturer and guest speaker at universities across the Americas.

Trinity Houston is the CEO and Creative Director of IM3 Global Holdings, an International Media, Marketing, and Management Company that specializes in consulting in both the Entertainment and Hospitality Industries. Her list of global clients has taken her all over the world, from Southern California’s entertainment capital to Mexico, Canada, Japan, Europe and throughout the Caribbean Islands.
Ms. Houston’s early creation of Vacation Entertainment Television and INdTelevision for Time Warner Cable served as a showcase for her producing, directing, on-air hosting and voice-over talents on hundreds of various film and video productions. Since then, her strong background in Entertainment Production and Promotion, Magazine Publishing, Event Planning, Trade Show Management and Public Relations, has contributed significantly to her continued success, with long stints as Director of Marketing for a number of 5-Star Resorts in Cancun and the Caribbean Islands.
Most recently, Ms. Houston entered the arena of concert video and feature film production and is currently working with various entertainment entities including Creative Artists Agency (CAA) and Occidental Studios. Her association with well-known actors and various legendary rock stars and Hall of Fame Inductees such as Elton John, The Moody Blues, Queen, Genesis, and Yes has resulted in a steady demand for her services.
